Hello Friends,
In the previous video we saw that when your sights came into the aiming area and you began inhaling that was the signal for your trigger finger to move AUTOMATICALLY till it reached the trigger stop.
In this exercise we will be dry firing, so cock your pistol.
When you lift your pistol from Pt. A to B. Inhale completely.
From Pt. B to Pt. C exhale completely till you have reached complete exhalation at Pt. C.
When you start inhaling, that should be the signal for your trigger finger to start moving AUTOMATICALLY, continuously without a break, before, during and after the shot has dry fired till it has reached the trigger stop.
If this happens, then give yourself a correct click. If it doesn’t happen don’t worry do not cock your pistol, go back to consciously squeezing your trigger till it reaches the trigger stop when you begin inhaling.
When the sights come into the aiming area and you begin inhaling your trigger finger should move continuously and automatically before, during and after the dry shot is fired till it reaches the trigger stop.
Practice as shown in the table, achieve 100 % in dry firing. Mind you, before every training session, your trigger finger is cold so when you start inhaling your trigger finger may not move automatically therefore without cocking your pistol even before you do dry firing, I suggest that you consciously squeeze the trigger till it reaches the trigger stop for at least 10 to 15 times, when you begin inhaling.
