Module 3 Training Methodology Update
This is the first new update to the Module 3 Training Methodology. This update has 5 new videos, these videos are related to Ex. 1, the Standing Line. Ex 2. Sleeping Line, Ex 3 The cross, Ex 4The Standing 8 and Ex 5 The sleeping 8.
How do you use these videos?
1. Watch these videos, again and again, specifically before you start the exercise. At least once before you go to sleep at night. Preferably it should be the last thing you do before you switch of the lights.
2. When you watch these videos again and again, your mind specifically your Unconscious mind gets programmed and when you are actually, physically drilling, your Un-conscious mind directs the muscles of your body to follow the path of the sights as shown in the video.
3. Therefore, you progress in mastering these exercises much quicker.
4. Finally, you relax and watch the videos, you don’t have to strain your self by concentrating very hard. Just watch it the way you watch a movie.
