If you want to have tight groups, then one of the first things that you should ensure that your sight alignment is in very sharp focus and you can see the sights clearly.
Now to achieve this, you can do it in two ways;
The first way is to keep both your eyes open. In the first way when you keep both your eyes open, usually you will find that your sights become little blurred or you see double the way it is shown in the video.
To avoid this you usually put a blinder on your non-dominant eye and focus on the sights with your dominant eye. This is the second method.
This way you can maintain a very sharp and clear focus resulting in tighter groups.
