Janhavi Deshmukh, a rising star from the Foresight Shooting Academy, has recently made history by becoming the inaugural member of the academy to secure a spot in the prestigious Junior Indian National Squad. Over the last four months, under my intensive guidance and mentorship in the serene town of Satara, Janhavi showcased not only immense talent but also an unparalleled work ethic.

Her dedication to the sport was on full display at the 63rd National Shooting Championship held in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh where she delivered a remarkable performance, clinching a total of five medals.

Janhavi's extraordinary achievements include a Gold medal in the 10M Pistol Women (ISSF) Civilian Championship, both in the individual and team categories, showcasing her exceptional precision and focus. Furthermore, she exhibited her prowess by bagging another gold medal in the 10M Pistol Junior Women (ISSF) Civilian Championship, further underlining her potential as a future shooting sensation. Janhavi's achievements serve as an inspiration to aspiring young shooters, a testament to what hard work, dedication, and passion can achieve in the world of sports.The precision with which she handled her pistol and the calmness under pressure were qualities that left spectators and fellow competitors in awe.

In the highly competitive 10M Air Pistol Youth Women (ISSF) National Championship, she notched up a silver medal in both individual and team categories, highlighting her consistency and resilience under pressure. Additionally, Janhavi demonstrated her versatility by claiming another silver medal in the 10M Air Pistol Junior Women (ISSF) National Championship, showcasing her ability to perform consistently at the highest level. Moreover, her exceptional talent shone brightly in the 10M Air Pistol Youth Mix Team Event National Championship, where she, along with her teammate, earned yet another silver medal for their stellar teamwork and synchronization.
